Yes. Our door-to-door quote covers ocean freight, terminal handling, ISF and customs entry, estimated duties and tariffs, drayage and final delivery. Duty is calculated from your product’s HTS classification and declared value, so we confirm classification with you before quoting to keep the estimate accurate.
Yes. We ship from any city in China to any destination in the US. Inland pickup is trucked to the nearest suitable port — commonly Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Qingdao — and loaded from there.
Tell us at quote stage and we arrange the right equipment. Options include a liftgate truck, transloading into a smaller vehicle, or a drop-and-pick trailer so your team can unload on its own schedule rather than during a live delivery window.
